- Regular Filing of GST, PT, TDS all other taxes applicable
- Daily updating Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables entries Online and maintaining a backup MIS also
- Continuous monitoring of Fund flow & tracking sufficient funds in bank such that priority payments towards vendors/ Salaries and debts can be released as per due date commitments
- Tracking Developer wise receivables and being in touch with the Finance team of Developer over phone, timely reminders on email etc. to ensure timely collections
- Coordinating with the Office assistant for timely check pick up
- Tracking Cash receipts and Cash Payments & updating the Cash Book
- Online preparation of Cash/ Bank Vouchers and maintaining physical files/records for each expense and income received.
- Bank reconciliations as and when required
- Maintaining a record of day to day miscellaneous expenses such as stationary, drinking water etc.
- Presenting regular accounts reports as required.
- Auditing the accounts and interacting with the Company C.A. to ensure the information and files are created and updated as per requirement
- Reviewing existing regular expenses and working with admin team on cost cutting initiatives for the company.
- Assisting in day to day operational and admin activities as required
- Making Salary Slip & Deducting the taxes from the employees salary
