Job Description
¢ Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills.
¢ Responsible for all the branch operations within his areas. He/She would have at least 12 branches within his area with Program Managers reporting into him.
¢ Oversee all field operation activities within area including setting up of the branches, meeting the business plan targets.
¢ Responsible to ensure overall branch performance and profitability and reports to the Distribution Manager.
¢ Maintain complete information of competition operating in the area.
¢ Ensure branch statutory audit compliance on all cash related transactions and registers maintenance
¢ Develop a method of monitoring branch & field level processes implementation as outlined in the Field Manual and Policy Memorandums are strictly adhered.
¢ Co-ordinate with Audit Department on audits of branches and fraud control measures
