Overall Responsibilities

As a Manager / Assistant Manager – Branding & Strategic Marketing, you play an important regional role in the proposition, development, implementation and management of branding, public relations, marketing and product strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure brand strengths and visibility through innovative and successful Branding, Product Marketing and Public Relations campaigns across the region.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive and integrated ATL, BTL and TTL strategy for Branding and Product Marketing.
  • Manage and align the regional product marketing plans, to facilitate product launches in the various key markets.
  • Plan, budget and generate a complete set of branding and product marketing materials.
  • Track and evaluate performance of various product launches, taking timely actions to improve results.
  • Develop digital contents strategy and guideline for the marketing team to execute at various touchpoints in the customer journey (from pre-purchase to post-purchase).
  • Liaise with creative agencies, production houses, celebrities/KOLs, graphic designers and/or freelance contents producers for creative contents and digital assets production.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or Business, from a reputable University.
  • At least 5 years working experience in consumer product marketing and brand management with strong exposure to all elements in the marketing mix, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing and/or creative agency in generating ATL marketing materials would be an added advantage.
  • Positive, self-motivated, with a strong drive and passion for marketing.
  • Adaptable, resourceful and independent to work in a fast paced and challenging industry.
  • Creative and innovative to constantly propose original branding and marketing initiatives, while keeping business objectives in mind.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines.
  • Have an eye on details and a good sense of aesthetics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work harmoniously, and develop good interpersonal relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
