Overall Responsibilities
As a Manager / Assistant Manager – Branding & Strategic Marketing, you play an important regional role in the proposition, development, implementation and management of branding, public relations, marketing and product strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure brand strengths and visibility through innovative and successful Branding, Product Marketing and Public Relations campaigns across the region.
- Develop and implement comprehensive and integrated ATL, BTL and TTL strategy for Branding and Product Marketing.
- Manage and align the regional product marketing plans, to facilitate product launches in the various key markets.
- Plan, budget and generate a complete set of branding and product marketing materials.
- Track and evaluate performance of various product launches, taking timely actions to improve results.
- Develop digital contents strategy and guideline for the marketing team to execute at various touchpoints in the customer journey (from pre-purchase to post-purchase).
- Liaise with creative agencies, production houses, celebrities/KOLs, graphic designers and/or freelance contents producers for creative contents and digital assets production.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Business, from a reputable University.
- At least 5 years working experience in consumer product marketing and brand management with strong exposure to all elements in the marketing mix, preferably in the retail industry.
- Prior experience in digital marketing and/or creative agency in generating ATL marketing materials would be an added advantage.
- Positive, self-motivated, with a strong drive and passion for marketing.
- Adaptable, resourceful and independent to work in a fast paced and challenging industry.
- Creative and innovative to constantly propose original branding and marketing initiatives, while keeping business objectives in mind.
- Able to work with tight deadlines.
- Have an eye on details and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work harmoniously, and develop good interpersonal relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
