Together with our segment managers, we manage our clients’ investment, liability and risk management needs through a comprehensive suite of treasury products and services across multiple asset classes.Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness Continuity Planning (BCP) Champion
Work closely with the Business Continuity Manager (BCM) on BCP-related matter, i.e. recovery plan, annual review of BU BIA, call tree, BCP exercise and Dealing Room logistic setup
Provide assistance to Business on BCM-related queries.
Coordinate annual BCP and RDR exercise
Communication Channel Surveillance
Maintain of authorized trader list and its communication channel login ID
Perform Global communication channel grouping administration
Maintain trading system user list and administer password change reminder
Maintain trader shift working hour matrix
IT Admin and Premise Support
Manage End User Computing review, On/Off Boarding process, Identity Management System administration, service desk requests, fault calls and call routing
Raise IT request forms or Purchase Requisition for Infrastructure and Market Data Services
Maintain Global Markets Onboarding Master list
Provide off-office hour handphone support
Maintain Global Markets Fixed Asset Listing & IT Inventory Management
Manage intranet and Sharepoint administration
Follow up on Workplace Safety & Health Committee issues
Maintain Global Markets Physical Access Policy & Access Matrix and facilitate access requests
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma Education with minimum 10 years’ experiences in dealing room support and BCM
Knowledge of communication surveillance, BCP processes and documentation
Good attitude and ready to take on any relevant assignment
Team player with initiative, sense of responsibility, good analytical thinking skills with ability to solve problems and make decisions
Customer service focus and good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and external parties of all levels
