Job Description:
Closing quality leads
Build contacts with potential clients
Strong knowledge of the portals like Upwork, Elance, Guru, Linkedin or PPH etc.
Strong follow up with client
Good closure rate/ target oriented
Possess good technical knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Geographical knowledge
Multiple domain knowledge
Eligibility criteria:
1-5 years of Business development experience
Advanced Domain experience in Open Source Technology , MEAN and MERN technologies etc.
Strong Sales Driven skills
Ability to motivate staff in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
