We are planning to expand our operations to all major metros of India. As part of this we are looking at young, enthusiastic professionals who can drive the growth. The candidate should be willing to contribute both in strategy and also in increasing the national offline sales. The role directly reports to our Director and we encourage candidates who are willing to work independently and can set benchmarks themselves. Since our market is the active lifestyle leading young population in India, we prefer candidates who are involved in sports.

Responsibilities and Duties
1) Maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals . Forecasting annual,
quarterly and monthly sales goals
2) Working with the Regional Sales Manager to maximise territory sales
3) Lead generation and conversion
4) Development of innovative sales and promotional activities
5) Ensuring all pipeline activity is accurately recorded and updated
6) Ensuring that all customers are professionally treated and orders systematically passed
on to production
7) Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications and Skills
1) Excellent communications skills

2) Proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam

3) Willingness to travel across India

4) Previous sales experience

5) Ability to work in teams

Salary: ₹180,000.00 to ₹200,000.00 /year
