Content Writer Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be mainly responsible for writing product literature, Line Cards, company blog, social media posts, business promotion literature and business proposals when required. Creating content for print, digital media. Should be ability to produce quality content in a measured timeline.
We have more than 50,000 products in our selling line for which we need unique content. Writer shall communicate with leadership on need basis for the purpose of research and suitability of the content. Tremendous writing, spelling, and understanding of grammar are essential to the role. Technical writing experience is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities
⦁ Create apt, inventive headlines and body copy
⦁ Research and organize facts and technical sources
⦁ Ability to forge together suitable words and sentences to communicate effectively across multiple channels/platforms.
⦁ Develop effective product data / literature by collaborating with management and researching for new ideas for mainly construction industry.
⦁ Building a following for brand on social media with creative work
⦁ Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)
⦁ Develop engaging content for articles, blogs, stories and social media to entice and engage audience
⦁ Ensure that web page content is edited properly to increase on-screen readability
⦁ Ensure that content contains sufficient keywords for search engine optimization
⦁ Manage user-generated content on social media sites
⦁ Develop prototypes and storyboards using a multitude of media creation and graphics editing tools

Qualification:

⦁ Two to three years’ writing experience for an agency or corporation.
⦁ Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
⦁ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs
⦁ Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
⦁ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
⦁ Strict adherence to company policies and style
⦁ Extensive knowledge of the company, brand, and product preferred
⦁ Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver
⦁ Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO
