Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and conducting job evaluation.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating & recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Assisting in Payroll administration activities.
- Managing overall recruitment and selection of manpower (Management & Non- Management).
- Imparting professional & technical knowledge by preparing and conducting trainings.
- Maintain and update consolidated staff database in excel.
- Responsible to be implementing strategy to build control and efficiency in daily routine HR activities.
