- Experienced SFDC Project Manager involved in successfully managing SF development and Support projects
- 10+ years of total IT experience in which 3+ years of PM experience.
- Had minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on Salesforce development in the past.
- Well familiar with SF Sales cloud and Service Cloud processes
- Having Good technical exposure to Apex, Visual force pages, web services, lightning and assist team on resolving issues.
- Excellent English communication skills, with demonstrable capability in presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling at least 2 Support projects with ITIL processes followed
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
