Job Summary
Position name:
Financial Reporting- Manager
Work Location: Jaipur or anywhere in Asia
Key Responsibilities:
Quarterly/yearly financial review-with IND AS- Coordination of statutory auditors on Quarterly / Yearly Finalization of accounts & to help in BOD Meetings.
Formulate and administer approved general accounting practices throughout the company to ensure accounting, financial and operating reports accurately reflect the conditions of the business and provide reliable information for control and management purposes.
Internal Auditors /Concurrent Auditors replies and resolve the concerns raised by them.
Supervise the maintenance of company general ledgers; Oversee maintenance of the accounts payable ledger and as required supervise banking and cashiering activities.
Responsibility may extend to cost accounting, maintenance of accounts receivable ledgers, sales statistics, stock records.
Review financial and operating statements of divisions and prepare reports for management review.

OPEX- Scrutiny of top ten Cost Line Items every month, Comparison of Budget vs Actual, Quality Variance Analysis and Actionable Suggestions, Product Transfer Pricing and ensuring Budgeted Margin on Product Sales, Project Completion and report Submission.

Direct Tax Compliance-Income Tax & Transfer Pricing Planning, Execution and Audit
Implementation and Documentation of POEM and Master file reporting
Domestic TP compliance- TP Audit, 3CEB return filling and TP study report preparation, Tax Audit and 3CD return filling.

Qualification & Key Competencies:
Chartered Accountant with 4 to 5 Years of Experience.
Should be very good number skills, problem solving skills and analytical ability.
He/ she should also possess good communication skills as most them have to write reports or present complex financial concepts and strategies to colleagues.
They also need to be detail-oriented, self-motivated and familiar with the workings of the economy, tax laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,200,000.00 to ₹1,400,000.00 /year
