We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic professionals, who have excellent execution and managerial skills. The recruitment and administration operations manager would be responsible for recruitment strategy, over viewing all the office administration activities and hiring for junior, mid level and senior positions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the recruitment process with a passion to identify top-notch talent by conducting the national level recruitment process.
- Should have required recruitment experience in campus -placements and lateral hiring for junior, mid and senior-level hiring in technology (preferable healthcare) space.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers and managing orientation and on boarding process.
- Assess the business unit’s human resources training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate. Manage and overview all the HR related activities includes: Employee retention, recruitment, HR discussions and designing the recruitment strategies
- Drive annual and mid-year appraisal processes which focus on performance management and talent development
- Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures. Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential. Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling
- Managing all the employee’s issues, tickets, and complaints within desired turnaround times
- Overview all the admin activities and ensure that all the admin related activities are completed within the stipulated timelines
Should be flexible enough to travel all over the country for the recruitment process
