JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Design supervision of various projects
- Detail concept planning and presentations
- Overall project inspection (area calculation, evaluation and verification).
- Cross verification of submission drawings
- Working closely with the brand/marketing team to provide all architectural details for marketing purposes
- Responsible for detail designing for execution
- Responsible for developing details for vendor communication and understanding
- On-site execution
- Other tasks as per requirement
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- High analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong visual awareness and eye for detail
- Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
- Excellent command on AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop and relevant softwares
- Self-confident
