Responsibilities:
- To ensure the smooth running of operations across Dolmen City.
- Communication of all operating policies to concerned departments and inter co-ordination to resolve issues pertaining to customer.
- Devise ways of improving the customer experience by resolving of problems/complaints.
- Develop operations systems by maintaining a safe and healthy work environment through proper following of policies and procedures.
- To manage relationships with customers and data management.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 4 Years in managing Building Operations and Administration.
Education: Minimum Graduation (Business) from a reputable institution.
Capabilities/Skills: Strong Communication, Data Management and Administration skills.
