Work you’ll do

A unique opportunity to be a part of growing SAP SuccessFactors team
that work on global implementation of SF and work SAP cloud platform including
Fiori, Data forward and other latest technologies. You will be responsible for
implementation/delivering of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to support Deloitte
US Member Firm and global Deloitte members firms.

Should be able to understand the functional
requirements from the client and appropriately convert them into Technical
Design documents.Should be able to lead/assist the team with his/her
technical/functional skills whenever an issue is encountered.Performing effort estimation for various
implementation and enhancement activities.Should have good team leader skills to co-ordinate
with team membersShould be able to assist the team with his/her
technical skills whenever an issue is encountered.Building relationships with clients and keeping
abreast of the various client developmentsPerforming troubleshooting and problem resolution of

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business
Information Systems or MCA or equivalent degree.
10 to 12 years’ experience in Human Capital
Management esp with technologies like SAP HR & SuccessFactors, SAP
Cloud platform, Cloud platform integrations.
4+ years of experience in Project Management
4+ years of experience in Team management.
At least 6
years of effective expertise with configuring and implementing SAP
SuccessFactors Employee Central, OnBoarding, Learning Management, Recruiting
Management, Succession Management modules of HCM.
functional knowledge of the system
Minimum of 2
Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to
configuration through go-live
in at least one SuccessFactors module
Knowledge in SAP Core HR is essential.
Knowledge in Data migrations & integrations
to SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integrations )
Translate the Business KPIs into functional
Working on Agile/scrum Methodology is desirable
Managing and Executing IT Projects
Management of Time, Effort, Cost, Scope, Quality,
and SLA etc.
Project Planning, Execution & Tracking
Monthly & Weekly Status reporting through
Dashboard and Issue Trackers
Client Management
Resource Management
Mentoring team
Quality & Risk Management.
Good Communication Skills.
Define reusable components/frameworks, common
schemas, standards to be used & tools to be used
Experience and good knowledge of Performance
Tuning and Stress Testing are required.
Strong analytical, problem solving and
multi-tasking skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills,
is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills,
with an ability to express complex business concepts in non-technical terms.
