Responsibilities and Duties
- Conducting trials of the products and then evaluating the performance of the trial.
- Responsible for sales for Specialty and water-soluble fertilizer products.
- Maintain and increase sales.
- Create a strategic partnership with the key accounts.
- Establish Management Dialogues and drive sales growth.
- Identify top-line sales and bottom-line margin growth strategies and strategies to overcome competitive threats etc.
- Lead, coordinate and motivate the development and commercial teams to achieve business growth.

Required Experience and Qualifications
B.Tech/ B.Sc (Chemical)
MBA Marketing
