Grade: Officer – Sales
Nature of Employment: On rolls of the Bank
Reporting Authority: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Officer – Sales is an integral part of the bank’s front line sales force.
The Job involves extensive traveling within the assigned area and conducting market/customer mapping with the primary responsibilities mentioned below.
1) To acquire New to Bank customers and pursue new business relationships by selling:
- Savings Accounts.
- Current Accounts.
- Term Deposits.
- Debit / Credit Cards.
- IPG Products (Life Insurance / General Insurance / Mutual Fund / Retail Asset Products / Online Trading).
2) Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets.
3) To fulfill KYC & Compliance norms.
4) To reach out to High Net-worth Individuals.
5) To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with current customers.

Conveyance Requirement: Two-wheeler required for mobility
Salary & Incentive:
Salary :
CTC – Rs. 1.5 lacs p.a. (Approx) – Fresher
CTC – Rs. 1.91 lacs p.a. to Rs. 2.2 lacs p.a. (Approx) – Experienced
Incentive: Earning potential is on average Rs 60,000/- p.m. and one can earn a maximum incentive of up to Rs.7,20,000/- p.a. (Rs.60,000/- p.m).
Work Experience: 1+ year(s) of experience in “Front Line Sales”, BFSI Industry preferred.
Academic Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Age Criteria: Upto 30 Years.
Posting Location: Any Branches within Kolkata & West Bengal Circle.
