Key skills required for the job are: Program Management-L3 (Mandatory) Banking – Mobile and Digital Channels-L2 (Alternate) As an Account Delivery Head (ADH), you are responsible for Delivery Management for an account and being a focal point for Wipro s delivery into a customer business unit/department. Responsible for managing an account of low to medium complexity, represents Wipro and deals with executive team of the client organization. ADH is accountable for Delivery, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction within the account. Minimum work experience: >10 Years Proficiency in English Language is Desirable
