POSITION SUMMARY:
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:

Gathers, consolidates, reports and assist with development of project plans & schedulesfor all Directorate taskings and projects.(35%)

Works in close coordination with Leads, other supervisors, ProjectsManager, the Directorand appropriate external agencies to create a continuous flow of information regarding ongoing Directorate project activities. (20%)

Responsible for gathering all required data that will assist the Project Supervisor with planning, developing, directing, and coordinating logistical support for multiple, simultaneous, program level activities, and operational areas. (20%)

Interacts with the military, and other agencyofficials, both over the telephoneand in person, in a professional and tactful manner. (5%)

Ensures IMD program compliance with safety regulations and collects and analyzes IMD data, such as Assessment Surveysand Inspections, requiredto support the alignment, maintenance, and execution of activities for Audits. (5%)

Remains current on latest developments in the quality,safety, fire, and environmental industrythrough trade and vendor publications, and corporate-sponsored training. (5%)

Complies with all KBOS-3 Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality Assurance(QA) requirements and goals. Provides documentation to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequateand legal documentation. (5%)
