The Role
Project Coordinator will lead MTBA activities in Sindh and provide technical support and handholding to the partner Baanhbeli, will coordinate and liaise with relevant country teams in Oxfam, implementation partners and other key stakeholders. He/She will be responsible for preparation and supervision of work plan of partner in Sindh, budget and resource allocations, monitoring and review of the project related work, managing partnering relationships in the light of Oxfam’s partnership approach following procedural requirements and will be responsible for the timely preparation of project related documents with quality control of all project requirements.

The position will be based in Sindh in Larkana, potential candidate will act as a bridge between Oxfam and implementing partner. The incumbent should be well versed with the project management and implementation, moreover should have a strong grasp on women rights and child right issues.
