Real Estate Marketing & Operations Manager Mint International Real Estate – Dubai

Job Description:

We are looking to add a skilled sales-minded individual to our team. As the first point of contact, the candidate will be responsible for responding to all new leads, and must be comfortable spending most of their time on the phone. Female candidate with Real Dubai Real Estate experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage company and agents new, manage assist team to create leads by calling landlords, past clients in database, Sphere of Influence, online listed portal etc.
• Monitor phone calls and emails, assist in 5 star follow- up plan, manage and coordinate showings process.
• Manage CRM, and consistently nurture and follow-up with leads and listings to convert into scheduled confirmed appointments.
• Prepare weekly/updates/Feedback reports
• Preparing listing launch for online portal, manage all social media development and execution, blog posting, video campaigns.
• Manage monthly marketing calendar, design marketing pieces, develop content.and change status on media sites
• Manage the delivery systems for all marketing
• Track results for each marketing item
• Track completed tasks and goals to measure lead conversion ration and meet performance benchmarks.
• Track the business – Lead source report , production report , monthly reconciliation report.
• Measure results against business plan, keep upto date and deliver to management

Job Requirements:

• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 3-4 years UAE Real Estate experience.
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Ability to memorise and deliver pre-written call scripts and ready to be coachable
• Must be an organised, friendly, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
• Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps, and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Full knowledge of digital/online marketing and adapt new technology.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Salary: AED5,000.00 to AED10,000.00 /month
