Job Duties :
• Lead the execution of M&A transactions.
• Ability to develop a new concepts to establishing Greenfield projects/startup companies.
• Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow, pro forma merger, precedent transaction, and comparable companies analyses.
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information, as well as conduct due diligence.
• Manage, develop and team up with other team members.
• Provide analytical support to recommendations regarding investment initiatives.
• To assess the performance of our portfolio in comparison with industry averages.

Requirements :
• At least 8 years investment banking, private equity or consulting background with impressive transactional experience.
• Exposure to different sectors and industries.
• Excellent financial modeling and financial statement analysis.
• Possess strong entrepreneurial, analytical, quantitative, communication, business writing and client-relations skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• CFA or Master’s Degree in Business Administration strongly preferred
• Reporting to the Head of Finance and Investment.
