- Obtaining a clear understanding of the customer’s requirements and potential needs.
- Redirecting existing customers by introducing them to new products and services.
- Generating Sales through tele-marketing.
- Providing quotations and preparation of contracts for client acquisition.
- Input new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the database.
- Working on After Service Reports and sharing them with clients.
- Follow up on customers’ requests for assistance, literature, price quotes, etc., to establish a high standard of service.
- Sales Experience: 2-3 years (Preferred). Technical/Engineering or Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English are prerequisites.
- Proven successful track record in outbound tele sales and expertise in independently handling the whole sales cycle starting from prospecting to sales closing.
- A person with high self-esteem, confidence, perseverance, enthusiasm, and pleasing personalities, who are self-starters and well organized.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration Or Engineering Degree with Sales experience will be preferred.
