Success Criteria:
Key Accountabilities
- Work with product owner to define and specify fully user stories to support the needs of the business and our customers
- Work with engineering leaders across the platforms delivering foundational capabilities to build and deliver end to end business functionality, tracking down all dependencies, aligning with stakeholders for the outcomes, drive engineering outcomes on quality, automation
- Lead the engineering aspects for the implementation of various capabilities through configuration, customisation on COTs products. This includes design/development in Cloudsense CPQ and order management Salesforce, Order Activation, Billing. Be responsible for architecture analysis, preparation of technical designs, technical build and unit test of Salesforce CRM and Cloudsense CPQ to meet the needs of the product owner and customer
- Build high quality solutions across Cloudsense CPQ and Salesforce CRM at Telstra: Follow and contribute to Salesforce development, configuration and scripting best practices and ensure these are followed in practice through quality processes and code reviews
- Provide user story input for non-functional and tools related user stories to continuously improve engineering quality and throughput
Lead people to acquire more than one skill to drive end to end implementation
Qualifications/experiences
Degree level IT qualifications in Software or Systems Engineering.
Overall 2-6 yrs experience in IT industry
2+ years’ experience in Cloudsense CPQ and Salesforce CRM implementation, with 3+ years consulting or technical lead/team lead role.
Certification – Salesforce certified Developer or Administrator/ Cloudsense CPQ certification
- Good understanding and experience in developing Salesforce and building on force.com.
- A good understanding of the architectural principals of web based platforms including SaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure and application servers
- A good understanding of enterprise application integration, including integration with Product Catalogue and product fulfilment,
- A good understanding of the security processes, standards & issues involved in multi-tier, multi-tenant web applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
