  • • Key Responsibilities : Configuration and customizing as per the best practice of SAP HCM Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions Should have good experience in handling basic HCM processes, Personal administration, Organizational Management Good exposure of OM / PA / TIME / Payroll Modules P2 and P3 issues resolution within Service Level Agreement time frames – specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configurations and solution documentation
  • • Technical Experience : Should have hands on experience in Personnel Administration, Organization Management Should have experience in integration of Payroll with Time Management Should have experience on all HR processes Have basic knowledge on Self Services Functionality Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and HR Admin Services Basic knowledge on HR/HCM Workflow functionality
  • • Professional Attributes : Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines with reliability and accuracy The ability to communicate effectively with business users, managers, peers, project teams
  • • Educational Qualification : Bachelor or Masters degree in computer science/Engineering or equivalent
