- Trade management:

- Processing and reviewing investor capital transaction requests (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, switches) and ensuring that these are in compliance with the relevant legislation, agreements and policies
- Setting up, reviewing and maintaining investor profiles accurately and efficiently as outlined by the investor in the subscription application, or requested updates thereafter
- Ensuring transactions are processed in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the fund offering documents, with attention to proper procedures and deadlines
- Upholding the organization’s anti-money laundering (AML) framework in place globally and working closely with the AML team to ensure investor compliance with these guidelines
- Assiting with the organization’s FATCA/CRS service offering to our clients

- Cash Management

- Processing of wire payments and account transfer transactions through various banking platforms to settle redemptions, and transfer approved subscription proceeds to the client trading account
- Daily reconciliations of the client cash accounts
- Updating investor wire details, upon request, to ensure proper flow to available automated payment systems

- Reporting and Client Management
- Ensuring client and investor related queries are handled in a timely manner
- Preparing, reviewing and releasing monthly reporting, including statement of holdings, trade confirmations and trade acknowledgements
- Preparing and reviewing periodic fund activity reports for submission to relevant clients or their regulatory bodies. Coordination of client specific needs between teams within the department and within the company
- Participating in project based work and other duties as assigned
- Oversee client deliverables and escalations, when needed
Key Requirements

- Experienced in client/customer service, particularly within Investor Operations/Share Registration in the investment/hedge fund industry would be considered an asset but not required.
- Experienced in serving demanding clients within an evolving industry, focused on adherence to global financial regulations and compliance procedures would be considered an asset.
- Willingness to work the hours necessary to meet client deliverables, a strong drive for results
- Please note, due to Covid-19 this role will start remotely but will transition to an office based role later on.
