Qualifications & Experience.
- Graduates(any stream) /Fresh Engineers / MBA (Not compulsory)
1. Cold calling, generating referals,3-4 levels of follow up and closing prospective admission.
2. Good with MS office. Can keep a track of all prospects. Very good communication skills.
3. Has worked long hours and weekends regularly.

5. Have sound knowledge of the products and programs they counsel for. Understand the needs of the individual seeking admissions. Can suggest alternative programs.

- 0-3 years of experience who are looking to prove a point and want to grow with the organisation and lead in the near future.
- Open to learning and able to take mistakes in their stride and improve. Never give up attitude. Open to feedback.
- Have some basic knowledge of the industry and courses.
- Engineers (For IT course)/Graduates/diploma holders who have knowledge / willing to learn that can be translated into counselling.
- Good communication skills. Worked/willingness to work on weekends.
Salary bracket- Rs 18000-25000 Including variables
