Job Description :

We are looking for an ambitious GTM Manager to ramp up activities to drive acquisitions for O365 Business and other SaaS solutions in the SME market segment.

    • Orchestrate content and story-tell software products and solutions to drive a desirable behavior from business decision makers.
    • Drive signups/registrations and curate incentives to drive referrals.
    • Responsible for creation and execution of creative and innovative end-to-end marketing campaigns to position our products as solutions for our customers and partners.
    • Craft sales enablement plans for our product offerings.
    • Increase our social, digital and events presence and visibility and support our sales efforts by developing enabling collateral for all stages of the sales cycle, like slide decks, whitepapers, videos etc.
    • Work closely with Product and sales teams to translate complex concepts and features of software products into inspiring product positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
    • Partner with product development team through the complete product development cycle to help create our communication strategies for our platform.
    • Analyze and report marketing KPIs to track impact, optimize and improve our sales acquisition process.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields of study such as Business Administration, Computer Science or Marketing discipline.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in GTM roles in the software (SaaS) space. For a start, you will drive sales momentum for O365 Business Subscriptions.
  • Solid understanding of product marketing, inbound marketing, and content marketing.
  • Familiar with the process of product management and how product marketing fits into it.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Technically fluent; you are comfortable dealing with technical information and can translate technical capabilities into customer benefits.
  • Self-starter with the attitude to get things done.
