Job Description:
Good functional knowledge on the Siebel finance module nKnowledge on personal banking nBusiness Analysis experience is a must nShould have good understanding of business requirements and should be able to convert them into functional documents/business process nGood knowledge on agile project execution model nKnowing Oracle, PL-SQL skills are good to have nHaving knowledge on development and testing will be added advantage n n nRole and Responsibilities: n n Business Analyst with knowledge of CBG/PBG management business process with good understanding of Siebel functional entities. n n n The BQA should have a clear understanding of quality assurance and testing processes and the relationship of requirements specification to software testing. Should be well versed with the financial services data dictionary, able to work independently to analyze and develop the proper test coverage and strategy for data validation. n n Analyse requirements to identify and prioritize test targets verify requirements as testable, and develop test cases to verify requirements according to standards/best practices with alignment to test plan/strategy. Evaluation/selection of appropriate tests, testing methods, etc., leveraging technical expertise to make independent decisions. n n A persuasive, articulate communicator with a passion for delivery, who can communicate with the project team and client delivery manager on analysis of testing requirements to ensure delivery of defect free data files to clients n
