Site Engineer (Civil) Desai Homes – Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

DESIRED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PILING. SHOULD HAVE CIVIL-STRUCTURAL EXPERIENCE

Construction management from foundation to completion.

• Inspection of QAQC procedures.
• Arrange materials, machineries and schedule manpower to achieve the targets given.
• Prepare project daily and weekly reports.
• Prepare and check bills of contractors.
• Check and monitor all incoming materials for their quality and utilization.
• Keep documents i.e. quotations, labour payment documents, material received documents etc.
• Follow-up with architectural and structural engineers.
• Check quality tests at sites.
• Material request management.
• Coordination with contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 /month
