GHD Qatar, this role will be part of a high performance team to manage and supervise from medium to large multidisciplinary construction projects delivering residential, commercial, educational, medical and/ or hospital developments. You will have;

A proven track record of delivering large-scale multidisciplinary sustainable designs with minimum 8 years experience

Fully conversant with civil / structural site supervision tasks, review shop Drawings, review construction phase submittals, attend inspections, monitor the progress, quality of the works in progress and reporting

Ability to successfully liaise and manage clients, sub consultants and sub-contractors onsite

Strong documentation skills, thorough understanding of adherence to QA and construction

A working knowledge of International civil / structural codes and standards

Knowledge and understanding of QCDD, Kahramaa, Marafeq and local authority regulations and guidelines

Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications and local building codes

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/Revit

Registered with MME
-
Middle East experience and a working knowledge of design and construction practices specific to this region is a must.
