Senior Construction Work Planner – Nieuwegein – 12 Month Contract
To work in the ‘Building Custom’ department. Here you will develop sustainable and inspiring projects with the clients experience, creativity and professionalism.

You work from the office in Nieuwegein and it is a project around Nieuwegein. Exact location of the project is not yet known.

We are looking for someone who knows the trade and has experience with tailor-made housing projects. A few tough projects are coming up. More information about the project will follow.
Activities:
In this central role, the challenge is to connect and support different stakeholders. Together you will enthusiastically and decisively tackle the technical and organisational work preparation for our projects. As a senior work planner, you are involved from the preliminary phase to the completion of a construction project. You get started with projects and we ensure that you are constantly challenged and take steps.
– As a work planner, you deliver optimal and timely project execution at minimal cost.
– You are responsible for developing contract documents into working drawings. The Building Information Model (BIM) is used; from beautiful images to feasible and technically good details.
– You provide the most effective and efficient working methods and, if necessary, give advice on possible alternatives and optimisations.
– You test the work against the contract documents, legislation in the field of quality, safety and the environment.
– You are also working on the development and monitoring of detailed project schedules.
– Together with partners and suppliers, you ensure that services and products are present at the construction site properly and on time, so that the construction process can take place undisturbed (LEAN).
Selection criteria:
– MBO / HBO Bouwkunde
– 5+ years of experience in residential construction and in the role (absolutely no starter)
– Experience in contact with the residential consumer and are environmentally aware
– Experience in switching with various stakeholders around a construction project in both oral and written communication.
– Experience with BIM
– In addition, a strong affinity with IT and you are aware of the latest applications and developments.
– Knowledge of systems and / or software: AutoCAD, Revit
– Familiar with LEAN
– Language: Dutch
